4.1. Our products are shipped from partner international distribution centers directly to the address provided by the customer in Brazil. 4.2. Delivery Times: The delivery times listed on the website are estimates based on operational averages. Variations may occur due to external, logistical, or customs-related factors. 4.3. Customs Inspection: Since these are imported goods, the product is subject to customs inspection by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service. The customer is the importer for all legal purposes and is responsible for any required documentation, although our operation handles the standard shipping logistics procedures.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability (Technical Shield)

5.1. Software and AI Performance: Nexo AI uses third-party applications, artificial intelligence, audio conversion algorithms (speech-to-text), and language models (LLMs) for transcriptions and summaries. Nexo AI does not guarantee that the associated mobile app will operate without interruption or be completely error-free, nor does it guarantee that audio transcriptions will be 100% accurate under all circumstances, with all accents, or in the presence of ambient noise. 5.2. Data Loss: Nexo AI is not liable for any loss of audio files recorded on the device or in the cloud resulting from battery failure, misuse, uninstallation of apps, or instability in the user’s Wi-Fi or internet connection. 5.3. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Nexo AI, our directors, officers, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the associated software.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos (including the Nexo AI brand), icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Nexo AI or its suppliers and is protected by international and Brazilian intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
